Despite Coronavirus there have been some exciting developments at Coast Digital over the last few months. Its fair to say there has been a significant amount of uncertainty in the UK economy since April, having a diverse range of services and sectors we work in has significantly helped us get through what has been a difficult time for many businesses.
During lockdown with our teams working from home I am really proud to announce the launch of two new services:
For years we have been supporting clients with training their internal teams, part of our ethos is to share our knowledge and where required develop the skill set of our customers and their internal teams – this often goes hand in hand with raising the profile of digital within large organisations. In 2020 we decided to launch Coast Campus as a standalone service and are delighted to have welcomed some of our first official customers.

Just like Coast Campus we have been using tools for Social Listening as part of our Digital Marketing Services for some time now. With recent events from the Pandemic to Facebook Boycotts its even more important for brands to understand their audiences and how they are perceived. Social Listening allows us to understand; Sentiment, positive and negative, Channel Distribution and Demographic Comparisons and we are delighted to now offer this as a standalone service.
