The challenge

The client wanted to understand how Generative AI could drive value within the reinsurance sector. They needed clarity on current AI developments in their industry and a structured plan to align internal objectives with actionable use cases.

With fragmented initiatives and limited internal alignment, a key challenge was to unify vision, mobilise leadership, and move quickly on practical opportunities to modernise enterprise capabilities.

The solution

Market analysis and stakeholder insight
