As a Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for working with clients to elaborate on requirements and write detailed backlog build tickets. You will manage the development team, ensuring adherence to the delivery plan while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Your role will also involve reporting on project status, managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and presenting key insights to clients. At the end of each sprint, you’ll demonstrate development outcomes to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.

What you will be doing as Product Owner at Elixirr Digital?
- Gather and analyze business requirements with clients, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Define and prioritize features in the product backlog, translating needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive development, maintaining delivery timelines and high-quality standards.
Report on progress in stakeholder meetings, addressing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID). - Facilitate sprint demos and reviews, incorporating feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication across stakeholders and teams, resolving roadblocks as needed.
- Monitor product performance post-launch to inform continuous improvement.
- Support the optimization of processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product delivery.

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:
- Proven experience in product ownership or management, ideally within a digital or tech-focused environment.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product backlog items.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, with a focus on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivering within timelines.
- Experience collaborating with development teams and managing cross-functional communication.
- Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering regular project updates.
- Familiarity with product management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
