Coast Digital Putting the Kettle on for SSAFA Big Brew Up 2011

Put it in your diary, on 5th October Coast Digital will be holding our very own “Big Brew Up” in support of SSAFA Forces Help at our Colchester office. The Big Brew Up is a worldwide event which raises vital funds for armed forces personnel, veterans and their families; all centred on a good old fashioned British cup of tea.

Our event has a 1940’s theme and will include a range of period treats and even the chance to see some members of the Coast Digital Team dressed in apparel from the age. We will also be holding a classic tombola to raise money and awareness for the SSAFA cause and will be welcoming donations from attendees.

From providing warm clothing to widows and children in 1898 to working with the service personnel and their families in recent conflicts such as Iraq and Afghanistan, SSAFA Forces Help has been there for our armed forces for over 100 years. This is your chance to help SSAFA provide continued financial, emotional and practical assistance to service men and women, veterans and their families, a worthy cause that deserves all of our support.
